Paper cup plate raw material

Paper cups and plates are things that we use everyday, as well as the SHI RONG PAPER's paper cup machine raw material. They are manufactured from a special material which is made in such a way so they become practical and secure too. These materials can be from various sources such as trees, bamboo and even sugar cane. This raw material is changed into a soft blend that we call pulp to make the aforementioned cups and plates. It is then moulded to cups and plates in which we use daily for our drink and food.

How paper cup plate raw material is sourced and processed?

The process of making paper cups and plates begins by cutting trees, along with the paper cup roll developed by SHI RONG PAPER. Bark and branches are stripped from the trees after being cut down. After that, the wood is broken down into tiny parts and boiled with water as well some chemicals. Salts also work as boiling agents and helps in the disintegrating process of wood into pulp form. Following, the pulp is formed and dried out to produce the final cups plus plates. These days some companies opt to use old or recycled paper and save trees from the axe. The better environmental choice, of course, is to generate less waste and ultimately cost fewer trees.
